Neutrik XLR holes
Be careful when using Neutriks CAD files.
They show their XLRs mirrored!
So the screws needs to be top-left and right-bottom. (not top-right and bottom-left)

Here you can download the most commonly used XLR cutouts as dxf file.

Two of the most used XLR connectors:

Neutrik D-Type

-
Robust because of the metal case

-
Inside ist still made out of plastic
-
Connector is much more expensive
-
You need nuts to fix them
-
It takes longer to assemble these
-
they need more space

Neutrik MAAH/FAAH

-
easier to assemble, just two screws
-
pcb connections
-
he connectors require less space and thus achieve a higher packing density
-
cheaper then Neutrik D series
-
no metal casing

We offer these xlrs including with black screws in the male version and the female version.
And if you want to solder wires directly to the xlrs you can use our small xlr pcbs.
