Anodized aluminum

 You can choose between different anodized aluminum:
Silver, black, red, blue, green, gold, blue, bronze
We've got aluminum in 1,5mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm
Silver and Bronze is also available in 2,5mm
Info: The raw material is delivered to us with a protection foil on the frontside only, so the rearside of the frontpanel is not protected (which means it can have scratches)

Infill Colours

black, white, red, green, blue, yellow, orange

Plexiglass

Plexiglass is available in red or clear, 2mm, 3mm or 4mm

Anything else is available on request. Just ask!

Customer Material
If you want to have your material machined, no problem as long as its aluminum. We can't work with steel. 

INFO:

For prototyping, small orders (1-20 panels) and hi end frontpanels the best thing is to use engraving technology. The panel will be cutted and engraved in one process. The engravings can also be filled with coloured ink. 

For orders bigger then 20 panels it is more cost effective to use our silkscreen printing technology. Silkscreen printing then costs ~10€ for printing one panel.
However this only makes sense when ordering at least 20 panels with the same layout as silkscreening costs generally ~200€. So for one panel it would cost 200€/panel, but the same price is for 20 panels - thats why one panel only costs 10€ for printing.
This price is for one colour printing. If you need more colours on your frontpanel this will cost 5€/panel for every additional colour.

Colour info:
Colours shown on your computer-monitor or mobile phone will look different from how they look in real life.
You would need to have a calibrated computer monitor and calibration hardware. But even then the colour will look different as your computer monitor is backlighted and a coloured panel is not. So colour matching by putting an existing panel next to your computer monitor will never work.

STANDARD ANODIZED ALUMINUM COLOURS   (slightly brushed, high quality aluminum - backside of material may have traces of machining and slightly imperfections)

We can also cut plastics... like clear or red plexiglass. This can be used for display-glasses if you want a cover within the aluminum frontpanel for your LED or LCD Display.

We always have 2mm, 3mm material "clear" and "red" in stock. But we can get any other sizes as well.

• We can get aluminum specially made for us in 29 addition colours (check the colours below)
• It's also possible to get aluminum in RAL or Pantone colours

To order these colours a minimum of 4 aluminum panels 1000x500mm needs to be ordered and paid upfront by the customer. I will store the material for the customer who specially ordered this material.

(These colours will be specially made for us on order so the price and lead time is longer compared to the standard material)

The RAL colour shown here are generally available.
You can have any other RAL colour you want, but I need to charge 30€+VAT for any other colour. (as I need to order the powder coating material and it can only be used some month)
