What we can do for you...

• Cutting alumininum in all shapes (holes, countersinks, threads, welding bolts, pocket milling, chamfering, edge grinding)
• Cutting plexiglass (like custom diplays for LED or LCDs)  Clear, red, blue colour. Other colours available on request
• Maximum size 1000x500mm
• Our Standard material thickness is 3mm (best for frontpanels), 1mm - 5mm is available, too
• We stock the standard anodized aluminum colours like black, silver, red, green, gold, blue
• We can paint (powder coat) panels in any RAL colour
• We offer engravings, colour-infills
• We offer modern UV printing technology, CMYK, White and Clear Varnish. We can print on aluminum, powdercoating, plastic, wood... nearly everything. (500mmx300mm size, height 100mm)

What we can't do...

• cutting steel (we use alcohol to cool the milling tools, if we would try to cut steel... FIRE!
  And: If we would cut or engrave into a powder coated steel panel - the cutting areas will corrode of the time because the protection-layer (powder coat) isn't there anymore. The engravings and the edges would become rusty for the time.
